Baby food factory from Belgrade is the first in a series of our partners in this industry. Last year I had the privilege of visiting this factory with colleagues, which was one of my first visits to partners. As the well-known saying "first, then men" says, the same can be said about this visit.
The production of this factory is impeccable, almost like in a pharmacy. The organization is at an enviable level, so all lines performed their work flawlessly. At the entrance to the production, we had to wear a protective suit to maintain hygiene and cleanliness, thus ensuring the best products for our children.
The baby food factory stands out not only for its exceptional production, but also for maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency. The commitment to improving the production process and taking care of the maintenance of the equipment shows how serious they are in their work. We provide them with all spare parts in a timely manner in order to avoid production stoppages. We particularly emphasize the key program that we procure for this customer, which is linear technology and Beco prochrome bearings.
In order to further improve and automate the process, in order to completely avoid production stoppages, the implementation of the system is currently being negotiated OPTIMA – a system for preventive maintenance of machine systems. This system will enable real-time monitoring of the condition of all bearings, providing valuable results for maintenance without interrupting production.
Frikom has been our partner for many years of cooperation. Aware of the importance of the continuous functioning of their production, our warehouse is always equipped with prochrome brand bearings Beco and other bearings - brand Schaeffler (INA & FAG), necessary to fulfill the requirements of our reliable partner. Brand Beco of bearings is most often used in Frikom's production, ensuring reliability and durability in every step of the production process.
As we are in the phase of expanding our product portfolio, we have also expanded the products we supply with the aforementioned partner. Now our focus is extended to screw goods and lubricants necessary for their machines. These novelties in our offer allow us to meet the needs of our partners even better, providing them with all the necessary products and services in one place.
Through our joint efforts, we manage to support the continuous production of premium ice creams.
Dunavka, an oil factory located in Veliko Gradište, is our next important partner in this industry.
In addition to supplying Schaeffler brand bearings (INA & FAG), we also provide belts of various sizes for their mills. Our cooperation with Dunavka not only includes the supply of key spare parts, but also the provision of additional services in order to achieve the optimal functioning of the machines.
An accident occurred on one mill consisting of two rollers. There was a rupture of the inner rings of the bearings on one of the rollers. We reacted quickly, provided new bearings and the mill was put into operation on the same day.
After that, we carried out vibrodiagnostics of the bearings on that mill for all bearings in order to avoid a repeat breakdown and determine the cause of the previous one. By measuring vibrations and temperature, we determined that the machine is in excellent condition and that the bearings work without any problems. This is another example of our commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency in the production of our partners.
